Hello!Happy New Year! Wishing you all the healthiest and happiest for 2014! Here in Michigan (USA), we are in the midst of a Snow Storm. I've got about 6 inches in the yard already - and more snow is headed our way all day. They are saying up to 8 inches more! We will see! Feeling oh-so blessed that I am retired and don't have to go to work in the freezing cold and snowy mess tomorrow! Count your small blessings, retirees! I am revealing my annual goal here: Helping More Retirees in 2014. Done. WOW. Now I've said it and now I have to DO IT. There is a new page on my website for my Retirement Coaching and more to come!

Nancy shares her retirement transition in Jumping Off a Cliff. Life DOES get better! ... and yet Cathy from Boston has just begun her journey: Never Thought I Would Feel This Way After Retirement. Phyllis from PA shares her: Secretive Spouses Death. Tracy from N.H. gets encouragement from her question: Can a woman travel alone by car to distant places? Anyone else have issues with SLEEP, like Sleephead does? Tom from Texas is a funny guy... he asks: Do You Love Your Husband? A little late, but this still applies to post-Christmas thoughts! Tom also submitted a funny "Twas the Week After Christmas" . I welcome your retirement thoughts! Please write and share your retired life, thoughts and ideas with others!
===*===*===*===*===*===*===*===* 881 members and I approve new members every week. Come and find new friends to write to (privately or in the community)! Why not share life with someone new? I added a new Pen Pal Ads tab to the community. Remember when I posted pen pal ads on my site? Then scammers started sending emails to readers asking for money, etc. DOWN it came! Well, now I added a place to post your Pen Pal ads in a secure community. Instead of searching the database for pals, you can post your own request and see who writes to you, just like the "old days" on my site! Fun Fun! To a Fun, Amazing, Wonderful, Friendship-Filled Retirement Journey!
