How would this work? (wheelchairs, crutches, etc.)

What if I collected things like wheelchairs, crutches, canes, bath chairs, and loaned them out to over 65 people who needed them? Would there be liabilities? Is there a way I could do it or something similar without liabilities?

Our County Senior Citizen Department has a "Loan Closet" where they store these same items.

People needing help can borrow them, and return when no longer needed.

I wonder if your County has the same? You might Google search this, see what the rules are for borrowing this equipment. Maybe you could work with them in some capacity to help?

If not, Google "legal document for borrowing items" or something like that. There are oodles of free legal documents online, download, edit, print and use them to keep yourself safe. You might have a local attorney look over the one you intend to use, maybe even a Legal Aide attorney in your County, someone who regularly works with individuals who need help.

Best Wishes!
