I have meditated and benefitted greatly from same for the past decade.
I listen to the various guided meditations on Youtube and am grateful for the great selection.
Meditation has brought me tranquility and calmness during times of agitation and anxiety and I meditate in the privacy of my home and maintain my privacy with no interruptions from the outside world.
I originally started with group meditation and this was effective but I prefer to be on my own in my own comfort zone while others feel the need for a group session.
The choice is ours.
