I have meditated most of my adult life.
I started doing Hatha Yoga when I was in my 20's for movement and flexibility and I still do that. It led to studying meditation and various forms of meditation (Roy Masters is another useful one to
hear and follow).
It has definitely helped me to have good health and particularly low blood pressure. It keeps me exercising when I don't want to and gives me moments of calm and pause in a busy and lately
pretty ugly world.
I also like tapping...for health, calm and relief of pain or sleeplessness: you can look up "EFT. Gary Craig" (Emotional Freedom Technique) to learn how to do that.
