Over 55 Communities with garden space in backyard

I wonder if anyone else is concerned about this. My husband and I enjoy living in a community-type environment. The only downside is that, for the most part, gardens are NOT allowed in the backyards.

Community gardens are OK but it is hard to protect them.

Anyone have any thoughts?

I have a close friend with the same issue so he has found a way to skirt the issue by having raised planter boxes (not too big) so they can be easily removed having absolutely no impact on the backyard. Good luck
