Recording tech.books for blind students

My wife and I volunteered to a studio that recorded books to CD's and DVR.

I marked the books for the reader and director. The reader in a sound proof booth and the directer outside the both. The director follows the reader to catch mistakes and adjustment is made.

All books are set up in the digital manor, therefore my code markings breaks down all paragraphs.

I volunteered over 7 years and my wife almost 11 years and then the cut backs and the studio closed. We have looked around our area but nothing entices us like the studio. It was family feel each week.
