1. I want to travel and do stuff before I get too old and infirm

2. I'm tired of waking up on someone else's schedule

3. I hate winter

4. I love summer, heat, sunshine

5. I want to be able to visit my family when I want

6. Work just isn't as much fun anymore

7. I'm tired of the commute

8. I want to try the nomad lifestyle

9. There are 1.3 Million geocaches out there and I'm on #90.

10. I feel the clock ticking.
