Buy a scrapbook at JoAnnes, Borders Book Store, etc. They are really popular now, with so many papers and other stickers to fill them.

Then fill it with pictures and other memories that the new retiree took over the years. Maybe even work related photos taken over the years.

Add some retirement photos too, the last few days, the retirement party.

It's all memories!
