The Future

Have you ever wondered about the future, your destiny, life beyond?

As all of us age, in fact, especially as we age, we begin to contemplate our futures and what they may have in store for us. We realize that the clock is ticking EVER so rapidly as we age in place. We have lost friends, relatives, co-workers, over the years, but, yet, we are still here.

Have you ever asked yourself, WHY?

Do we in fact serve a purpose for our continued existence? Is our "assignment" here on earth yet not completed? What does the future hold for us?

Will it be filled with travel, exploration, new hobbies, new friends,new skills? Or, will it be filled with depression, illness, loneliness, fear, and endless doctor appointments?

Why do so many of us struggle with some of these issues and others just seem to glide by not being affected by any of the negatives in life?

Is there in fact a "MASTER PLAN" for all of us at birth?

I suppose that these questions have been bantered around since the beginning of time, by some of the brightest minds the world has ever known......yet, they go unanswered!

I would suggest that, perhaps when our lives end here on earth, many of the unanswered questions will become clear, and in fact we will have peace, both body and mind.

After all, isn't that what we all strive for.....especially as we age and contemplate "The Future?"
