Working at 63 but wanting to draw social security

I'd like to draw my social security next year (still working but earning more than the limit). Does it matter what month I file in? Is it better to wait until November or December?

Wendy: You didn't leave your email address with the server, so you likely won't get this reply. There are special rules for the first year retired... depends on age and earnings. Nothing is simple with Social Security (grin!)

You can visit the SS site and search for "working and collecting benefits" or give me your age and monthly earnings. OK?
